Charity Williams has a passion for lighting a spark in those around her. As a bank sales manager who has been in the banking and financial industry since 2001, Charity focuses on the Anchor Bank Apple Valley community. She manages and coaches a personal banking team, inspiring them to go above and beyond customerexpectations and become a banking expert. This is an ongoing process, as team members are always encouraged to achieve their next level of service and knowledge. Charity is a Dale Carnegie Leadership Training graduate, having completed coursework on effective sales, teamwork, leadership development, effective public speaking and customerservice skills. She also has her NMLS license.
Charity and her husband have two beautiful children together and are passionate about serving others and their church. Charity has been in a church volunteer leadership role since she was a teenager, in addition to playing piano and singing. Her family moved to Minnesota from Florida in 2014 to plant a church. She enjoys teaching children about banking to establish good money management habits early in life. She also regularly volunteers to feed and clothe the less fortunate.
Whether itís lifting up her team to meet their goals or lifting up those in need, Charity supports and models the Anchor Bank commitment to serve others.
Aspiration: Back pack through Europe. Visit every continent. Attain a PhD and teach at a university while using the summers to go on mission trips and vacations.
Education: Bachelorís Degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida
