Rhea Benz always stays in touch. As a Personal Banker at Anchor Bank Eagan, she is responsible for maintaining a strong connection with every customer to ensure that all of their financial service needs are met to the fullest. From helping her team open new personal or small business accounts to reviewing loan options and providing financial guidance to her customers, Rhea’s caring and knowledgeable personality shines through her work. When she isn’t working directly with a customer, she turns her careful focus and attention to detail to managing requests for personal accounts and identifying areas where her customer’s may require additional services.
Although Rhea works at Anchor Bank Eagan, she is a native to the Farmington community and stays active there. She enjoys outdoor activities such as her co-ed summer softball league run by Farmington Parks and Recreation. When she’s not playing softball, Rhea is most likely still outside spending time with her family either camping or taking walks through the woods. Despite her love for the outdoors she’s just as happy spending a night in with the family, baking homemade pizza and watching a movie.
A patient yet driven individual with a team-oriented approach to her work, Rhea continues to demonstrate the positivity and customer-focus that Anchor is known for.
