Charity Weibel has a passion for lighting a spark in those around her. In addition to managing and coaching her own personal banking team in Apple Valley, as Bank Manager Lead, Charity also oversees Anchorís Burnsville, Lakeville and Mankato teams. She inspires her staff to go above and beyond customer expectations, and encourages them to set and reach new heights for service and knowledge. Charity is a Dale Carnegie Leadership Training graduate, having completed coursework on effective sales, teamwork, leadership development, effective public speaking and customer service skills. She also has her NMLS license.
Charity moved to Minnesota from Florida with her family in 2014. She has two beautiful children and is passionate about serving others in the community. She has been in volunteer leadership roles since she was a teenager, including volunteering at church. Charity enjoys teaching children and young adults about banking to establish good money management habits early in life. She also regularly volunteers with local food shelves and other non-profits in the area.
Whether itís lifting up her team to meet their goals or lifting up those in need, Charity supports and models the Anchor Bank commitment to serve others.
Aspiration: Back pack through Europe. Visit every continent. Attain a PhD and teach at a university while using her summers to go on mission trips and vacations.

Defined by her commitment to clients, work ethic and initiative, Nicole Gunderson is on the fast track to success having been promoted four times in three years. As the Assistant Bank Manager at Anchor Bank Apple Valley, Nicole enjoys daily interaction with clients. She excels at identifying fiscal solutions to help clients succeed. A natural mentor, Nicole loves the coaching part of her job and being part of the Anchor Bank team.
Nicole is a natural fit to thrive at a community bank as she rates family and community as top priorities. She and her family live in Lakeville with a view of Apple Valley. For the last two years, Nicole has volunteered for the Apple Valley Mid-West Fest and The Freedom Day parade. A lover of winter, she also organizes and participates in the Winter Carnival kick ball tournaments.
Nicole enjoys adventures and has a dream of sky diving. She is happiest exploring the Midwest with her family checking out ďDiners, Drive-ins and Dives.Ē Nicole and her three children also love their proximity to the Minnesota Zoo and visit at least twice a month to learn about the animals.

A resourceful and driven professional, Christina brings over 16 years of experience in the industry, and uses her extensive product knowledge to pair customers with the best suited banking product. She delights in teaching how easy banking can be, especially by providing one-on-one electronic banking coaching.
Christina has lived in Apple Valley with her family since 2002. As an East View High super-fan, she enjoys watching her sons Brandon and Justin play for the football team. Christina loves a good adventure and spends her weekends trying new activities and restaurants with her family.
