Creating the best financial plans for clients.
Jada started in the banking industry in 2009, when she worked as a teller. She quickly rose up in the ranks and worked in bank management for six years. Jada loves helping customers with their banking needs – she takes the time to help customers understand their accounts and helps them create a financial plan.
In addition to her financial background, Jada also has experience in childcare. As a nanny, Jada helped children learn how to swim, and in return, the children helped Jada learn more about patience and compassion. Jada grew up in a small farming community with two sisters and a brother. She loves to help take care of her nieces and nephews.
It’s Jada’s goal to start each day on a positive note. Jada doesn’t believe there are bad people – she believes good people just have bad days. Though her friends think Jada can be loyal to a fault, she believes it’s important to be kind, show compassion and have empathy for others.

Ally Lange cares about making someone’s day, especially customers. For her, coming in to work doesn’t just feel like a job. It’s an opportunity to go above and beyond a customer’s expectations. Her philosophy is to do something meaningful for a customer before even being asked – she says it’s what kindness is all about. With a background in customer service and sales, it’s no wonder it comes naturally to Ally to put the customer first.
Beyond customers, Ally has a good relationship with her team. She says her coworkers make it easy for her to come to work each day. Ally has moved up from teller to personal banker, and recently she had the opportunity to train a new teller. She enjoyed the experience of switching to teaching mode.
Ally lives a Carpe Diem life. She’s constantly trying to step outside of her comfort zone so that she doesn’t have regrets. She doesn’t want to live a life of “what ifs.” Someday she hopes to travel to Norway and China, where her ancestors are from. Ally also has an interest in astrology. She confesses though – she’s not good at guessing people’s zodiac signs, but she’s always curious about their birthdays.
