Lisa Franxman handles tremendous responsibility with the confidence of a true leader. As a Bank Manager with Anchor Bank Farmington, she oversees the daily operations of her team and assists in maintaining the standard of customer service quality to which Anchor is dedicated. Of course, above all else, she is committed to acquainting herself with each customer in order to create a welcoming atmosphere and an excellent customer experience.
Lisa's commitment to people extends beyond her work at Anchor, too. As a member of the Farmington Lions Club and the Farmington Business Association, she desires to see her community thrive. Lisa even has a special place in her heart for teenagers, so she spends a lot of her time mentoring them as a youth group leader at Cross of Christ Community Church in Lakeville. She enjoys providing guidance to them because they are the next generation and she wants to see them succeed. Yet, despite her heavy involvement in the community, Lisa's top priority is her family so spending time with them is what's most important to her.

Adrian A. Quilling
Entrepreneur // Driven // Energetic
Shooting for the stars.
Adrian started his career at the bank in a unique role – helping us launch and run a food truck the summer of 2017. His outgoing personality and experience in the entertainment industry made him a great fit for a food truck coordinator. But it was sales and customer service that called to him, so when an opportunity opened up to join us as a banker, he jumped at the chance.
People would describe Adrian as energetic. He’s not afraid to strike up a conversation with a new person or customer. He loves talking to customers, hearing their unique stories and building relationships with them. Adrian is constantly challenging himself to grow and reach higher and higher goals. One place Adrian really challenged himself was in the Air Force Reserves. He was the most decorated cadet with the highest fitness scores and most community volunteer hours in his flight. He also holds the northwest regional record for most pushups on the Air Force fitness test (91 in 60 seconds).
Outside of his role at the bank, Adrian also runs his own DJ business; Ambient Entertainment. He says he’s always been a music aficionado, and he takes pride in discovering the newest hits before they hit the radio. Adrian believes every event, especially weddings, are unique, varied and individual. That’s why it’s important to him to know his customers and build a relationship with them. The most important wedding to him is coming up – his own. While studying abroad in Japan, he met a French woman, and they had a whirlwind romance despite distance and language barriers. They plan to be married in Minnesota in 2018.
