Whether it’s your first time walking into Anchor Bank Lakeville or your hundredth, Wendy Boos will greet you with a smile. As Bank Manager, Wendy is often a first point of contact for customers, providing a multitude account services such as checking, savings, loans and IRAs. She frequently has the opportunity to interview customers and process their applications in order to get to know them better, understand their financial needs and deliver the products that they need. Working directly with customers to plan for the future is Wendy’s way of ensuring their Anchor experience is remarkable.
Living each day with the simple goal of becoming a better person than she was the day before, Wendy’s passion is being able to listen to someone and make their situation better. That doesn’t just apply to her work at Anchor, either. Filling multiple roles as an AWANA Sunday School teacher at church, a member of the nonprofit Farmington Business Association, and a wife and mother to two kids, Wendy keeps very busy and she tells people that life couldn’t get any better.
Wherever life takes her, Wendy is sure to bring smiles with her witty and resourceful personality, and that’s why she fits right in with the Anchor Bank team.

Crystal Stock makes sure each customer feels good about the answers and service they receive with every interaction. As a Personal Banker at Anchor Bank Lakeville, Crystal works with clients to explore all options and determine the best course of action for their financial situation.
Crystal has been with Anchor Bank since 2013 and enjoys working alongside her co-workers to support the community at various local events and fundraisers. She takes pride in her commitment to serving both her clients and her neighbors.
Crystal has a home in Hastings with her husband and two children, Ava and Caleb. Outside of work, Crystal enjoys spending weekends at her parents’ cabin, fishing, or building sandcastles with her children on the beach.
Aspiration: Crystal aspires to take her kids to Walt Disney World and return to Hawaii
