Driven to deliver exceptional service.
Carrie’s background in banking and working with the military gives her a unique set of organizational skills. A self-driven collaborator, she enjoys working with her branch team to make sure customers are receiving the best possible service. Carrie looks for ways to improve the banking experience by evaluating systems, finding the best products for customers and creating an atmosphere that provides strategical direction and operational support for the Plymouth branch staff.
Carrie, a member of a military family, has spent the last eight years living abroad in Japan and Germany. She is a relentless advocate for military families and served as a liaison to 80 different family members connecting them to community agencies, resources and benefits. She executed a fundraising effort that raised over $30,000 to allow over 400 military members to participate in special endeavors.
Carrie and her husband returned to Minnesota in August 2016 to raise their daughter. The family loves traveling and would love to explore the countryside of Ireland. Closer to home, there are rumblings of a first attempt at Ice Fishing!

Great communicator and relationship builder.
Growing up as a dancer, Samantha Westmeyer discovered how to be a part of team. She learned about compromise, hard work and leadership. She’s applied those principles to banking. Starting as a teller, she worked her way up to becoming a personal banker. For Samantha, it’s all about building a relationship with her customer, and bringing a positive attitude to all situations. Samantha is passionate about her work, and strives to achieve excellence no matter how small the task.
Samantha is new to the Twin Cities. She grew up in Minot, North Dakota where she was involved with the Optimist Club. The nonprofit organization empowers youth and creates opportunities for them to develop into adulthood and become role models. Now that’s she’s in the metro, she’s looking for new organizations to be involved with. However, finding extra time may be difficult, as Samantha has four dogs – two yellow Labs and two Beagles.
Samantha has a close relationship with her dad, and they share a love for the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Star Wars franchise. In fact, Samantha would love to meet Harrison Ford someday, just so she could talk Star Wars with him.

Teaming up with customers to deliver the best service.
Chris Anderson is a busy guy, but you’d never know it. His organization and time management skills allow him to have great communication with his customers. He strives to get to know his customers and understand their situations in order to provide them with the best service.
In addition to his job at Anchor, Chris is taking classes at the University of St. Thomas full time, and has other part-time jobs. Despite his multiple jobs and school, Chris still finds time to give back to the community. As a college student, he’s had the opportunity to get involved with various organizations. He’s worked with Kids Against Hunger, the American Red Cross and has also done volunteer work with the Basilica of St. Mary’s in the music department cataloging music.
Chris has a huge passion for theater. He confesses he may be “the biggest theater nerd ever.” Not only has he seen over 100 theatrical productions, but he also serves as the president of the theater club at the University of St. Thomas. If anyone ever talks about a show, nine times out of 10 he has probably heard of it or could relate to it in one way or another. Someday he would like to live in New York City and work for a theater company. He’d also like to attend a live broadcast of the Tony Awards.
