Organized // Disciplined // Forthright
Driven to deliver exceptional service.
Carrie’s background in banking and working with the military gives her a unique set of organizational skills. A self-driven collaborator, she enjoys working with her branch team to make sure customers are receiving the best possible service. Carrie looks for ways to improve the banking experience by evaluating systems, finding the best products for customers and creating an atmosphere that provides strategical direction and operational support for the Plymouth branch staff.
Carrie, a member of a military family, has spent the last eight years living abroad in Japan and Germany. She is a relentless advocate for military families and served as a liaison to 80 different family members connecting them to community agencies, resources and benefits. She executed a fundraising effort that raised over $30,000 to allow over 400 military members to participate in special endeavors.
Carrie and her husband returned to Minnesota in August 2016 to raise their three-year-old daughter. The family loves traveling and would love to explore the countryside of Ireland. Closer to home, there are rumblings of a first attempt at Ice Fishing!

Finding long-term solutions.
A recent graduate of the University of Iowa with a B.A. in Economics, Colin spent his first year after college at the First National Bank of Muscatine. Working as a personal banking officer gives Colin the opportunity to work closely with customers to find lasting financial solutions. An astute listener, he believes there is no better feeling than helping a customer take advantage of the superior products and services Anchor has to offer.
A relatively new transplant to the Twin Cities, Colin bravely headed North with his trusty sidekick, a Great Dane named Rex. He appreciates the kindness and support that has been shown to him by his colleagues in Plymouth.
Colin is an accomplished wrestler and has served as a volunteer coach to youth and high school students for the past five years. He also works with Junior Achievement where he teaches introduction to finance classes. Colin hopes to one day backpack the Pacific Trail and travel through Europe.
