Kim Bundich is responsible for keeping the daily operations of Anchor Bank Snelling running smoothly, and she does so by creating an enjoyable environment for team members and customers. As Bank Manager Lead, Kim also oversees the Arden Hills, Blaine and West St. Paul offices. She manages a portfolio of accounts to ensure each individual is receiving the full breadth of financial services that Anchor has to offer. Whether Kim is assisting with opening a new personal account, explaining the credit process to a new customer, or helping a team member, she is always sure to do so with a smile and a strong focus on customer service to build trusting relationships with every visitor to her bank.
All of this comes fairly naturally to Kim—she’s an outgoing “people-person” who enjoys spending time getting involved both in her local community as well as staying active with family and friends where her competitive side shines through. When Kim isn’t busy volunteering with a variety of non-profits in her community, including Sharing and Caring Hands, she enjoys spending time with her daughter, creating new recipes and traveling.
As active in her role upholding the tradition of Anchor’s customer-focused service as she is in her community, Kim remains a vital asset to her entire team.

Sara has a background in the banking industry and describes her decision to join Anchor Bank as the “best decision” she has ever made. She loves to help clients with their financial needs and strives to make every interaction a truly enjoyable experience. As an Assistant Bank Manager at Anchor Bank Snelling, Sara excels in customer satisfaction, mentoring employees and finding innovative solutions as top priorities. She is especially grateful to be bilingual which allows her to facilitate transactions for the Hmong community.
Sara cherishes family and greatly appreciates that her parents provided for her and her eight siblings. Sara, the youngest, received a lot of love and attention. She hopes one day to take her parents anywhere in the world they would like to travel.
A natural optimist, Sara places great value on service to others, joy and gratitude. Two years ago, she adopted a rescue dog named Ace. She says Ace is one of the best gifts she has ever received.

With a strong background in service management and an eagerness to learn about each of Anchor Bank’s customers, Betsy has proven to be a great fit for our team. She uses her skills to evaluate what customers need to manage their accounts and leads the way to success. Betsy carefully listens to our customers to better understand their unique circumstances which, teamed with her compassion, makes her a whiz at building lasting relationships. This is only a sampling of how she carries out her role as a Personal Banker at Anchor Bank Snelling.
As the oldest of three, Betsy is accustomed to stepping in and assisting others. In turn, although her immediate family lives in Iowa, they have acted as a great support system since she moved to the Twin Cities. She has also donated her time to ChildServe, an organization focused on helping special needs children “live a great life.” As a volunteer, she has assisted in dance lessons with a group of 10-12 children.
One of the things Betsy finds most rewarding in her position happens to be one of our key focuses—to know our customers. She truly enjoys learning about each person by listening to their stories and discovering their passions. Through this, Betsy is able to provide each customer with the individual care they deserve.
