Kristi Joeckel knows that smiles go a long way when working with people. Thatís why as bank manager lead at Anchor Bank, Kristi enjoys the opportunity to make people laugh and feel welcome as they visit her bank. Kristi leads and manages the St. Paul Park office. She also oversees the Eagan, Woodbury and North St. Paul offices. Kristi is well-versed in personal financial services and is up to the challenge of ensuring every single person receives the highest quality service. Whether Kristi is opening a new account or motivating her team, she works with a passion to achieve financial success.
Her outgoing and highly-motivated personality returns success in local leadership activities. Sheís always thinking of new ways to give back to her community and promote a strong economy volunteering alongside Anchor. Kristiís motivation lends itself to her competitive spirit in the many sports she loves to play on a regular basis, including softball golf, fishing and tennis.
Kristi and her husband live in Cottage Grove where she grew up. Kristi has been a committed member of the Anchor Bank family for over a decade. By creating a welcoming atmosphere in her bank and having a positive impact on the community with her good-natured personality, Kristi continues to deliver results for Anchor with her solid leadership.

One of Heather Bierbrauerís greatest qualities is her passion for helping others succeed. As bank manager for Anchor Bank St. Paul Park, Heather manages relationships and sees that the goals of both customers and personal banking team members are met. She excels at staying ahead in the fast-paced world of banking, and provides customers with tremendous service.
Heather manages the day-to-day operations of the St. Paul Park location and supports a team environment, modeling positivity in every situation. She also coaches her team as they develop their professional and relationship skills. In addition to these responsibilities, Heather is an Advisory Council member and presenter, as well as a Training Project Manager Subcommittee member at Anchor.
Heather started her career in banking in 2000 as a teller. Looking for an opportunity where she could learn and grow, Heather joined Anchor in 2005 as a teller supervisor. She assisted with the opening of its Burnsville location in 2007. Heather is registered by the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry as a mortgage loan originator. Heather is married with two children and enjoys collecting classic cars with her husband. She is a member of the BITE of Burnsville Planning Committee.
Aspiration: To retire to a quaint comfortable home in the country
