One of Heather Bierbrauer’s greatest qualities is her passion for helping others succeed. As bank manager for Anchor Bank St. Paul Park, Heather manages relationships and sees that the goals of both customers and personal banking team members are met. She excels at staying ahead in the fast-paced world of banking, and provides customers with tremendous service.
Heather manages the day-to-day operations of the St. Paul Park location and supports a team environment, modeling positivity in every situation. She also coaches her team as they develop their professional and relationship skills. In addition to these responsibilities, Heather is an Advisory Council member and presenter, as well as a Training Project Manager Subcommittee member at Anchor.
Heather started her career in banking in 2000 as a teller. Looking for an opportunity where she could learn and grow, Heather joined Anchor in 2005 as a teller supervisor. She assisted with the opening of its Burnsville location in 2007. Heather is registered by the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry as a mortgage loan originator. Heather is married with two children and enjoys collecting classic cars with her husband. She is a member of the BITE of Burnsville Planning Committee.

Yielding a positive attitude in the workplace and in her community, Becky Uecker is well known for the warmth, exceptional customer service, and banking expertise she exudes. As a personal banker in St. Paul Park, she is most proud of the individual relationships she’s built with clients.
Becky has held several different positions with Anchor Bank, equipping her with the knowledge and experience to serve as a ready resource for clients and colleagues. Through her various roles, Becky enjoys getting to know each of her clients on a personal level, to determine which banking products best serve their needs.
Going above and beyond to lend a helping hand, Becky is involved in many events within her community. Working alongside her teammates at the bank, Becky volunteers to fundraise on behalf of the local food shelf, is involved in the Cottage Grove Area Chamber of Commerce, and donates her time to help with the Cottage Grove area annual community festival events.
She and her husband have a home in Cottage Grove with their two sons and daughter. The family enjoys barbecuing, spending as much time together outside in the summers as possible playing in the yard, and walking the dog.
Aspiration: Take a trip to Hawaii and travel back to Jamaica
