Bank Manager Lead
Driven leader // Team player // Role model
Defining quality leadership.
Keeping up with Hope Schroeppel is no easy task. As the Bank Manager Lead, Hope oversees the Plymouth, Wayzata, Eden Prairie, and Shakopee locations. Her aim is to grow Anchor’s presence in the community by engaging customers, building strong relationships and offering them opportunities to expand their financial services with Anchor. She collaborates closely with every member of her personal banking team to maintain the high level of quality Anchor is known for in its service and offerings.
Hope doesn’t let her busy schedule conflict with her work in the surrounding communities. As an active member of the Wayzata Chamber of Commerce, and a board member of the Wayzata Rotary Club, Hope brings outstanding energy and leadership skills to the table.
When she’s able to step away from her many commitments for a while, Hope enjoys attending Twins games with her husband or cheering on the Badgers—even though he is a dedicated Gophers fan. She most enjoys spending time with him and their energetic three-year-old son. Described by her friends at Anchor as “outgoing,” “respectful,” and “friendly,” Hope continuously emulates the qualities of a driven leader.
