Here are some steps you can take to make sure your cards work when you need them:

MOBILE BANKING APP

  1. Log in.
  2. Tap Manage Cards in the fly-out menu.
  3. Tap Activate, Suspend, or Report Lost or Stolen.*
  4. Tap Ok/Close/Done on the confirmation screen

ANCHORLINK®  ONLINE BANKING

  1. Log in.
  2. Click Options.
  3. Click ATM/Debit Card.
  4. Click Lost/Stolen box next to your card.
  5. Click Submit.

*If you are reporting your card lost or stolen, please call your banker to order a new card.
